Privacy & Data Policy

This page is maintained by Boomin’ to explain, in plain language, what information we collect when you browse the site, build a jacket in the Jacket Builder, place or organize an order, and track production. It applies to this website and the ordering tools on it.

We only describe practices we actually operate. Where a third party is involved, we name them. This page is our own statement of practice, not an independent certification or audit.

• Order and contact details you give us — name, email, phone, shipping address, organization, and any notes you add to an inquiry or order.
• Roster information submitted for group orders — member names, line names, numbers, sizes, and per-jacket text supplied by your organizer or by you.
• Design data — the configuration you build in the Jacket Builder: colors, materials, fonts, placements, and any artwork or photos you upload.
• Order communications — messages, approvals, and production photos attached to your order record.
• Basic technical data — the standard request information any website receives, such as browser type and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and secure.

• To produce, review, and ship your order, and to match colors and specs in production.
• To respond to inquiries, proofs, revisions, and support requests.
• To operate group orders, including organizer dashboards and private order links.
• To keep records of approvals and changes for accuracy and dispute resolution.
• To secure the site and prevent misuse of our tools.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers and partners needed to run the business:

• Hosting and database — our site and order data run on Lovable’s hosting platform with a managed cloud database and file storage.
• Production partners — the specifications required to manufacture your jacket, including names, numbers, sizes, and artwork.
• Shipping carriers — the address details needed for delivery.
• Legal requirements — where we are required by law to disclose information.

We use only what the site needs to function. Your browser’s local and session storage holds things like an in-progress Jacket Builder build so it survives a refresh, and a flag that remembers a staff login on an admin device. Clearing your browser storage removes them.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell browsing data to advertisers.

Artwork, logos, and photos you upload stay yours. We use them to produce your order and to show you proofs. Order photos are kept in private storage and served through expiring, signed links rather than public URLs.

You are responsible for having the rights to any logo, mark, or image you upload. If you want your uploads deleted after production, ask us and we will remove them.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill the order, honor reorders and warranty questions, and meet our business and legal record-keeping needs. Inquiries that never become orders are removed once they are no longer useful. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

• Traffic to this site is served over HTTPS.
• Order data is stored in a managed database with row-level access rules.
• Uploaded order photos live in a private bucket and are reachable only via signed links.
• Staff tools are gated behind a passcode and are not exposed on public pages.
• No online service can promise perfect security. If we ever learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify affected customers.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Group members can ask their organizer or contact us directly about roster entries.

Send requests through our contact page and tell us what you would like done. We may need to confirm your identity or your order before acting on a request.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Orders for youth sizes are placed by a parent, guardian, or organization representative. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us and we will remove it.

The Boomin’ Jacket Builder — its jacket rendering system, layered artwork and masks, guide and placement system, fonts and lettering engine, pricing logic, interface, and underlying code — is the proprietary property of Boomin’.

Copying, scraping, mirroring, reverse-engineering, embedding, rehosting, or otherwise reproducing the configurator or any part of it is strictly prohibited.

• Automated scraping of the site, its artwork layers, fonts, or asset URLs is not permitted.
• Preview renders are watermarked and are for your personal review only — not for reproduction, resale, or use as production artwork by another manufacturer.
• Our fonts, layer artwork, and emblem libraries are licensed to us and may not be extracted or redistributed.
• Unauthorized use may result in loss of access and the legal remedies available to us.

Your own uploaded artwork and the specific design you create remain yours. The tool that builds it does not.

We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting existing orders will be communicated directly.
